COMMUNICATION & MEETINGS Complimentary initial intake meeting Unlimited emails and phone calls Vendor Management - Main point of contact for all vendors, following through on booking & managing vendors before and on the day of the event One on site venue walk through at your sites PRE-EVENT SERVICES Creation of a comprehensive Master Event Timeline for your day, distributed to all vendors Confirmation of details with vendors On-site wedding rehearsal day coordination DAY OF YOUR EVENT One additional event planner to assist your family and guests On-site coordination & supervision at your ceremony and during the reception until all scheduled events have taken place Set-up and breakdown of personal items (ie. cake cutter, family photos, guest book, etc.) Receiving all day-of deliveries & overseeing the set up and breakdown of the entire event Emergency kit - safety pins, fashion tape, pain reliever, floral materials, scissors, stain remover, bandaids, and all the things you never knew you might need. Distribute vendor gratuities/final payments
