​COMMUNICATION & MEETINGS Complimentary intake meeting, plus future in-person meetings and site visits as necessary for planning a successful event Unlimited phone calls, text messages and emails. Vendor Management - Main point of contact for all vendors, vendor booking & managing vendors before and on the day of the event Scheduling and attendance at vendor meetings & tastings Final venue walk through at your sites & review of final details meeting PRE-EVENT SERVICES Creation of a comprehensive Timeline for your day, distributed to all vendors Access to our curated and trusted "Vendors We Love" list Assistance in developing & customizing your personal wedding or event design Budget review, payment reminders Travel - Hotel room block coordination for out-of-town guests WEEK OF YOUR EVENT Confirmation calls to all vendors finalizing details, scheduling, and timing Attendance and coordination of your wedding ceremony rehearsal (up to 1.5 hours) ​DAY OF YOUR EVENT 1-2 additional event planners to assist your family and guests On-site coordination & supervision at your ceremony and during the reception until all scheduled events have taken place Set-up and breakdown of personal items (ie. cake cutter, family photos, guest book, etc.) Receiving all day-of deliveries & overseeing the set up and breakdown of the entire event Emergency kit - feminine products, safety pins, fashion tape, pain reliever, floral materials, scissors, stain remover, band aids, dress steamer, and all the things you never knew you might need. Distribute vendor gratuities/final payments
